We are looking to add an IT Operations Analyst to join our Information Technology team onsite in Waukee, IA. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.

Duties:

  • Implement and coordinate practices and processes as assigned by manager for vendor management, Disaster Recovery and System Documentation.
  • Work with leaders to identify and resolve risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company’s IT framework.
  • Schedule and coordinate IT Governance meetings, take notes and follow-up on action items.
  • Document and maintain robust systems processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting issues, advances made, and other vital information to stakeholders.
  • Administration of technology vendor relationships, monitoring compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities and expectations are met.
  • General administrative support for IT leadership.   

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management frameworks a plus.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and self-direction, the ability to work independently or in a team environment, and willingness to take direction.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience in IT-related position
