Holmes Murphy Welcomes New Leadership

WAUKEE, Iowa – January 4, 2021 – Holmes Murphy announced today the addition of two new members to its Board of Managers and one new member to its Executive Committee. Each of these leaders brings years of experience, as well as energy and passion for the Holmes Murphy mission.

“The three new members of our leadership team have each made tremendous contributions to our organization,” said Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy Chairman and CEO. “We are excited to see them continue to make an impact and help carry on our tradition of being fiercely independent and employee-owned.”

The new members of the Board of Managers are:

  • Roger Cornett, Senior Vice President, CSDZ

“I am thrilled for the opportunity to join the Board and lend my voice to this group as we focus our efforts around the client and continue building one of the best employee-owned firms in the country,” said Cornett.

  • Jeff Spencer, Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits

“I am honored to serve on the Board of Managers,” said Spencer. “Holmes Murphy is such a special place to me and our employees. We are uniquely positioned to help our customers and employees reach their potential.”

Cornett and Spencer will each serve a two-year term on the Board.

The new member of the Executive Committee is:

  • Jay Reavis, Senior Vice President, PC Brokerage Sales

“I feel humbled and honored to be a part of this very talented group of individuals leading Holmes Murphy and continuing the legacy of our private ownership,” said Reavis. “We have so much talent and unique potential at Holmes Murphy. I’m excited to help take that all to the next level.”
