Holmes Murphy Welcomes Barry Fitzpatrick to Minnesota Team
Holmes Murphy welcomes Barry Fitzpatrick as Vice President, Client Service, for the company’s growing Minneapolis Employee Benefits team.
Fitzpatrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the group employee benefits industry and will serve as the lead consultant on large market client relationships. In this role, he will provide strategic and operational leadership, strategic planning, and support key insurance carrier and vendor relationships.

For the past 15 years, Fitzpatrick has acted as an employee benefits consultant lead with Willis Towers Watson. His diverse background and expertise have assisted employers with analyzing their specific plan details and with presenting to executive teams what to do with that information. He is a team leader who knows how to bring the appropriate resources together to obtain results.
Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts. In 2004, he completed the extensive training program presented by the Life Office Management Association and obtained the designation, “Fellow, Life Management Institute” (FLMI). This designation compliments his other coursework in Underwriting, Annuity Products Insurance Administration, and Customer Service.
Fitzpatrick lives in the Minneapolis area and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, golfing, and traveling.
