Matt Pickett to bring employee benefits industry knowledge and a philanthropic commitment to the communities he leads for Holmes Murphy.

Sept 6 — Denver, CO — Holmes Murphy announced today the appointment of Matt Pickett as Employee Benefits Sales Leader for its Denver and Phoenix markets. Pickett will oversee the continued growth of Holmes Murphy in these areas as he applies his considerable expertise towards regional growth, community presence, employee recruitment and development, and client satisfaction.

Pickett has a long history of success in employee benefits and healthcare, with deep connections in the region. He recently served as Vice President of Sales for Collective Health in Denver, where he played a critical role in the organization’s growth efforts while with the organization. Pickett also spent time with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna in sales and leadership roles.

Throughout his career, Pickett has placed an emphasis on being active in the community, to include being an American Lung Association Board Member, as well as being part of the American Heart Association, Boy Scouts of America, and Food for Thought. These are key attributes for Holmes Murphy, as the company is committed to giving back to its communities.
