Cal Beyer Offers Self-Care Advice for Construction Workers for the Holidays

People count on construction. What these workers do every day is important. They are essential workers and have been working through this messiest of years, which also means they and their teams are no doubt tired and deserve to relax, unwind, and regroup over the holidays. But this isn’t always easy. Many people experience increased stress or loneliness during the holiday season. This is no different for construction workers.

Our own Cal Beyer, CSDZ VP of Workforce Risk and Worker Wellbeing, offers tips to construction workers to manage stress and practice self-care in an article in Construction Dive titled, “The spotlight is on you construction.”
