    If a property is damaged, a formal claim should be submitted within 24-48 hours of the incident. All parties involved with the incident resulting in a claim should seek necessary medical attention and services, and local authorities and agents of the fraternity as well as the inter/national headquarters should be contacted.

    Property claims may be made by calling Holmes Murphy at (800) 736.4327, ext. 5500, or after the hours of 8-5 p.m. CT at (402) 206.3478.

    Additionally, the local alumni/housing corporation should ensure that all damage and loss is properly mitigated and controlled. ServiceMaster Recovery Management offers dedicated recovery and restoration services through a partnership with FPMA. Call (800) 776.6710 for assistance when damage occurs.

    General Liability Claim

    A formal claim should be submitted within 24-48 hours of an incident and once all parties involved with the incident resulting in a liability claim have sought necessary medical attention. Local authorities and agents of the fraternity as well as the inter/national headquarters should be contacted.

    Undergraduate members whose fraternal organization participates in the Member Accident Protection Program may find additional information, with use of the navigation bar at the left, regarding reporting of member injury claims, criterion for benefits, and limits and exclusions applicable to the member accident program.
