On November 4th, OSHA announced a new Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID-19 vaccination and testing, impacting employers with at least 100 employees. One day later, the ETS came under immediate legal challenge and at least one U.S. federal 5th circuit court has issued a temporary stay.
