He specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning, as well as consulting on both national and international levels. He works with contractors and developers, focusing on tax-efficient entity structuring, banking relationships, and surety relationships.
• John C. Redpath, attorney at Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A —  John Redpath works with closely-held businesses and their principals on estate and succession planning, business and tax planning, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming an attorney, John was a CPA which offers additional perspective on business planning.
• Josh Loftis, Senior Vice President at CSDZ — Josh Loftis joined CSDZ in 2005. He is part of the CSDZ Leadership Team and focuses on Surety and Performance Risk. Prior to joining CSDZ, Josh served as a Surety Underwriter and Regional Manager for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He is active in the industry and serves on multiple client and market advisory boards.
