You’ll find a variety of accordions throughout the site. Some are more basic with a wider range of flexible content. Others are more focused in their content modeling to help focus in on a specific area, such as “Services”.

Basic Accordion

Layout: Default

The basic accordion provides a lot of flexibility in both color theming and content modeling.

In addition to a block level heading, you have the ability to create an unlimited number of accordion items. Each item offers a heading field that will act as the headline trigger for the content within. For the accordion content we utilize something called `flexible content` which allows you to add, remove, reorder, and duplicate a number of different fields based on your content needs.

Options for flexible content include: Link Grid, List, Freeform Text, and Separator Heading.

The only real difference between the FAQ accordion style and the Default style shown above, comes in the treatment of their treatment of the headline triggers. For FAQ these will be smaller text to better accomodate longer questions. The headline will also have a background color behind it whereas the default is transparent.

Featured Accordion

Type: Services

The services featured accordion is more pointed in its content modeling. It offers a heading, sub heading, CTA, and color theming that is applied to any span text in the heading. It also offers an unlimited number of accordion items with corresponding headlines. However, the content modeling for each area is focused on creating relationships by pulling content from one of the service areas (Industries, Groups, Coverages).

Each accordion item also has an additional image field and CTA. The recommended image size is: 960×1080

Featured Accordion

Type: Locations

The locations featured accordion offers a headline, sub heading, CTA, and image. It also offers an unlimited number of accordion items.

Each accordion item in this variation will provide you with an accordion heading and the ability to select locations from the Locationscustom post type. Content for the individual locations can be managed in the post type itself.

This block offers color theming which is applied to both the headline span text, as well as the accordion container background. Recommended image size: 720×675
