Coffee & Conversation: Back to School with RealResponse

Back to School, Beyond Compliance: Building a Culture of Trust in Hazing Prevention

As students return to campus, colleges and universities are preparing for another academic year of hazing prevention, reporting, and compliance under the Stop Campus Hazing Act. Join Holmes Murphy and RealResponse for a 30-minute Coffee Chat exploring what the Act means for hazing reporting and transparency—and what the data reveals about how institutions are meeting these new requirements.

The discussion will feature Laura Egan of the Clery Center, who will offer insight into the evolving hazing prevention landscape and the opportunities and challenges institutions face as they put the Act’s requirements into practice. Ryan Lugabihl of Pi Kappa Phi will also share the impact of providing fraternity members with a secure, anonymous way to report concerns without fear of retaliation—and how that access has helped support a stronger culture of trust and prevention.

The conversation will conclude with a brief look at how RealResponse enables anonymous reporting and supports institutional compliance and follow-up.
