Join Holmes Murphy Construction for an informative webinar to review the professional code of ethics and be presented with sample contractual provisions that may or may not directly challenge the design professional. After review, attendees will gain insight into the conflict that may exist within the provision and what makes it problematic. Then attendees will gain insight on how to make the necessary contractual adjustments for the provisions to be consistent with their code of professional ethics.
