Holmes Murphy believes that diversity in all forms strengthens our teams, sparks innovation, and helps us better serve our clients.

In 2022, we launched an annual scholarship program to support students pursuing careers in insurance and related fields. Each year, Holmes Murphy awards ten scholarships of $1,000 each, totaling $10,000, to help recipients further their educational goals. This scholarship is part of our ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for students from all backgrounds to pursue careers in insurance and related fields.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The applicant’s national/international organization must be a Holmes Murphy client.
• The applicant is a member in good standing within their organization, and the chapter must be in good standing with the national/international organization at the time of application.
• The applicant is currently enrolled as an undergraduate full-time student and must be enrolled for the January 2026 semester.
• The applicant is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Insurance and Risk Management or is interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry.
• The applicant is willing to participate in a webinar to learn more about internship and job opportunities within Holmes Murphy.
• Previous scholarship winners are not eligible to apply.
