Kari Cooling

Kari collaborates with our Brokerage Services Leadership Team to enhance our sales strategy and client experience to ensure extraordinary service and support.

She has been with Holmes Murphy for more than 20 years, starting her career as an intern before joining our Sales team where she developed her expertise and connected with clients. Today, Kari serves in the EVP, Managing Director role for Holmes Murphy’s Property Casualty division as well as on our Executive Committee and Board of Managers.

Community Engagement

Kari is passionate about serving her community and has been active with many associations and on boards. She currently serves on the WesleyLife Board of Directors.

Goes the Extra Mile

At work and outside of the office, Kari is known for going the distance. She is an avid runner and has completed three full marathons and multiple half marathons.

Panther Pride

Kari earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, and she attended the Hartford School of Insurance.
