This role will be responsible for assisting team members, HR representatives and the benefits team for a dedicated Avant client in navigating deadlines and document requirements during team member leaves.  By referring to company process and ADA requirements, this role will provide guidance and support to ensure that accommodations may be provided to individuals with disabilities, promoting equal access and inclusion.
