Evan Krutoy is the Founder and Executive Director of the Two Roads Leadership Project, a nonprofit that helps young adults make better decisions when confronting risky situations. A former Manhattan prosecutor, Evan spent more than 20 years in the District Attorney’s Office, where he served as Deputy Bureau Chief of the Sex Crimes Unit and as a homicide prosecutor. Since leaving the DA’s Office, he has worked on campus disciplinary matters and conducted investigations for professional sports organizations, including the NFL and NBA.
Drawing on 30 years of experience with cases involving sexual misconduct, violence, and other high-risk behavior, Evan created Two Roads to focus on prevention. Its interactive programs use real cases, video evidence, and decision points to help young adults recognize how seemingly ordinary choices can escalate into life-changing consequences, how effective bystander intervention can change that trajectory, and how to make better choices before they do.
