Tell Me Something Good | The Contracted Chapter Advisor Role Developed by Alpha Sigma Phi

    Tuesday, May 25 | 12:00 noon ET

Are you struggling hiring top talent?  Are your consultant level staff contributing less than you’d like?  Is holding your volunteer advisors accountable stressing you out?  Learn what Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity did to address these questions.  In 2019, through a pilot program, Alpha Sigma Phi launched their Contract Chapter Advisor (CCA) Program – where they hire, train and supervise paid contracted employees to serve in an advisory role for local chapters.  Through training, roundtables and building a council – the CCA program became a big success!  As Alpha Sigma Phi is preparing to have 120+ CCA’s for the 2021-2022 academic year, we encourage you to come hear about this program and why it could be beneficial to your organization.
