Holmes Murphy Fraternal Webinar Series: Women’s Wellness & Wellbeing
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
The health of an individual impacts their daily living, stress, mood, and overall wellbeing. Many organizations have realized the benefits of health promotion, and with unprecedented changes in our lifestyles today, the repercussions are first seen on our health and body. It is, therefore, vital to know the right ways in which a woman can keep staying ‘well’, through all the physiological and psychological alterations in her lifetime. By becoming more educated on wellness, you can create a more empowered and strong culture and, therefore, a more proactive chapter.
Holmes Murphy welcomes you to join in our Women’s Wellness & Wellbeing webinar to address the best practices of wellness and health for your fraternal organization that will lead to total wellbeing.
