Des Moines’ 17th annual Winefest takes place June 1-8 with daily events, parties, and dinners scheduled all over the metro, to include at our Holmes Murphy headquarters! This weeklong wine party brings wine lovers from all over Des Moines and the world to one place to enjoy the work of wineries — both local and global.

On Saturday, June 1, Meredith Saturday Sessions culminate at our Holmes Murphy headquarters at 6 p.m. with a special experience from Barilla America and Chef Stefano Terzi that leads guests through a hands-on cooking class. Guests will enjoy a four-course, family-style meal paired with Italian wines and prepared tableside for a truly interactive experience. This Barilla experience is a moment to share the table with old and new friends alike. Attendees will not only walk away with fantastic recipes to share, but also a Barilla bag full of fabulous goodies to create another authentic Italian meal at home.
