Once in a while an event series is born that shakes things up, makes you think differently, and leaves you inspired. That event is DisruptHR Kansas City. DisruptHR is an information exchange designed to energize, inform, and empower executives, business leaders, and people in the HR field. DisruptHR is built on the belief that how we’ve approached people and talent in the past isn’t the best way to approach it in the future.

DisruptHR is founded on the idea that all business leaders must take some risks, stir the pot, and challenge conventional thinking. Come hear from thought leaders who are pushing limits, carving new approaches, and challenging these conventions in the talent space.

DisruptHR is a high-energy idea forum designed to inform and empower executives, business leaders, and anyone passionate about talent.

Join us for a lively evening of spirited, focused presentations by professionals, including our own Andrew Wank, Holmes Murphy Business Development Consultant, who’ll share their disruptive ideas on how to move our thinking forward. We’re talking the brilliance of TED talks, adding a pinch of energy from Ignite events, and finishing it with a dash of talent giving each speaker only 5 minutes to riff on topics relevant to the world of work. No, you don’t have to be in HR to attend or submit to speak. In fact, DisruptHR talks have been shared by the entire C-suite, technologists, teachers, students, politicians … and yes, HR pros.
