The mission of the Iowa Employment Conference is to deliver affordable conferences that provide the opportunity to develop professionally as well as receive continuing education credits through multiple professional associations such as:

The Spring conference is the largest of its kind in the state of Iowa, offering over 60 informative, interactive and educational sessions delivered by some of the top employment lawyers, payroll professionals, workforce development leaders and many others, from Iowa and surrounding states.

As part of the conference, you won’t want to miss the panel discussion on important health insurance topics such as pre-taxing benefits, narrow networks, and competition created by selling insurance across state lines. There will be a panel of experts, including our own Ed Oleksiak, Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, and Jen Kivlin, Vice President Strategic Leadership, to discuss these and other potential changes coming from the White House.
