This workshop will include an in-depth review of a case study and breakout session to examine scope, a “go-no go” analysis, and favorable contract language. You’ll walk away with valuable strategies to successfully prepare for and conduct contract negotiations. Attendees will also explore communication, memory, and attention to detail through small group interaction.

Seminar will count toward 10 percent education premium credit for all XL Catlin Design Professional insureds.

Recommended participants: 50 percent of firm’s principals and 50 percent of firm’s project managers.
