ethOs Employee Experience Consultant

EthOs consulting solutions currently focus on three key areas: Organizational Engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG).
- Organizational Engagement – EthOs partners with companies to rehumanize their culture by developing holistic strategies to further inspire employee engagement and success at work, home and in the community.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) – EthOs helps companies form strategies to promote DE&I in the workplace – from creating a DE&I framework to providing DE&I related trainings, and facilitating conversations regarding DE&I.
- Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) – EthOs helps companies learn how to leverage ESG as part of their purpose, brand, and overall value proposition.
Summary of position: To provide consultative and technical guidance and support to the ethOs team on our core areas: Organizational Engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG). Includes supporting the sales process and playing an active role on both the service and sales team.
Duties:
- Support complex proposals/responses to request for information, presentations, employee communications, and other materials to be presented to prospects and clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, which result in achieving (or exceeding) new sales volume and profitability objectives.
- Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, speaking engagements, and qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain positive working relationships and clear communication with co-workers, clients, and vendor partners.
- Support the team with daily tasks for prospecting, sales, and client service.
- Execute action items from internal, prospect, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal team members to review client needs, suitable consultative approaches, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to process improvement and organizational initiatives.
- Drive ethOs capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
- Adopt ethOs’ and Holmes Murphy’s culture to serve our internal and external clients; take part in various local community service events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of ethOs capabilities and the ability to apply that knowledge in the performance of the job duties.
- Must consistently display a strong customer service attitude in working with internal and external clients, always striving to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong organization and customer service skills in order to provide timely, accurate, courteous and appropriate response to customers and internal requests.
- Possess sales skills or desire to develop sales skills that will help meet goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexible and willing to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise.
- Effective problem-solving skills to take ownership of customer problems, see the problem-solving process through to resolution.
- Ability to coach and mentor others on the team.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and appropriate confidentiality and handling sensitive situations or complaints.
- Must become knowledgeable of company with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred – Business, Risk-Management, or health-related field (Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Public Health, etc.)
Five or more years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in the Employee Engagement/Health/Wellness field (vendor, carrier, corporate, broker/consulting).
