Hawthorn Hill
The Challenge
Hawthorn Hill was created with the merger of two existing human services organizations: Hawthorn Hill Ministries and The Home Connection. This nonprofit agency provides an emergency shelter for women and children along with a structured transitional housing program for families. They needed cost-effective insurance aligned with their unique needs.
The Holmes Murphy Solution
The Home Connection had been a Holmes Murphy client since 2005. So Holmes Murphy Account Executive Keely Kinnick Sanden met with the new executive director of Hawthorn Hill Ministries. After working closely with the executive director for an entire year and throughout the merger, the Holmes Murphy team was awarded the business without competition.
