After his first meeting with the corporate office manager, Holmes Murphy Account Executive Steve Barnes knew that what M & P needed was help simplifying how their policies were currently structured (or not structured). This would help them to gain back the control they had lost. Barnes explained Holmes Murphy’s risk management audit (RMA). Once all the information was gathered, Barnes and his team gave their RMA findings and requested a BOR (Broker of Record) on what they could control. Within an hour of leaving M & P’s office, Barnes received the completed BOR and was able to find one company that best fit the law firm’s needs.
