Paula Dixon Joins Structural Engineering Certification Board

Paula Dixon, Senior Vice President with Holmes Murphy & Associates, has been invited to become a Stakeholder Member of the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB).

The SECB mission is to determine the level of unique and additional education, examination, and experience necessary to perform the science and art of structural engineering.
