Holmes Murphy & Associates Acquires Northwestern Benefits’ Large Market Accounts
DALLAS, July 8, 2011 — Holmes Murphy & Associates’ Dallas office announces it has acquired the large market accounts of Northwestern Benefits, Inc. The service teams from Northwestern Benefits led by Steve Gwinn have also joined the organization. The accounts were moved to Holmes Murphy July 1, 2011. Northwestern Benefits will continue to serve accounts in its core business area, which includes clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth market with less than 100 employees.
“The new endeavor will strengthen Holmes Murphy’s position in the market for companies with between 100 and 500 more employees while offering our new clients a broader range of services and additional resources suitable to their market size,” said Den Bishop, president of southern divisions for Holmes Murphy.
