Holmes Murphy & Associates’ Chairman Swift Names Dan Keough CEO, Den Bishop President
DES MOINES, IA — November 21, 2011 — Holmes Murphy & Associates has announced several organizational changes as part of the company’s planned leadership perpetuation strategy.
Daniel T. Keough will become CEO and Dennis Bishop will be president of the organization. Jim Swift will maintain his role as chairman of Holmes Murphy. The organizational changes will go into effect January 1, 2012.
As CEO, Keough will oversee the strength and stability of Holmes Murphy. He will ensure operational and financial performance while leading the company’s strategies. Keough will also direct the company’s northern region divisions.
In the role of president, Bishop will support company objectives and best practices. He will oversee Holmes Murphy’s southern region divisions, ensuring growth of new business sales and client retention.
Acting as chairman, Swift will continue to oversee Holmes Murphy growth plans along with client acquisition and retention.
