Holmes Murphy® & Associates Announces Gerald Johnson as New Board Member
DES MOINES, Iowa, September 21, 2010 — Holmes Murphy & Associates, one of the nation’s largest independent insurance brokers, has named Senior Vice President and shareholder Gerald Johnson as a board member. Johnson has nearly 20 years of industry experience providing companies from around the world strategic solutions and creating innovative insurance programs to protect their business assets.
Johnson’s specialization is redefining risk management for industry leading companies. He directs a dedicated team of insurance professionals who manage state-of-the-art products and services to ensure the success of these clients. He is a volunteer for the Variety Club and United Way. Johnson also is a member of the Board of Directors for YMCA. He is a graduate if the University of Northern Iowa, holding a bachelor’s degree in finance.
