Holmes Murphy® & Associates Named to “Best Places to Work” in Central Iowa
DES MOINES — June 22, 2009 — The Des Moines Business Record recently recognized Holmes Murphy® & Associates’ Des Moines corporate headquarters as one of the top three best places to work in Central Iowa. Coming in second for the large companies category, this annual award recognizes Holmes Murphy’s focus on implementing internal programs that foster strong leadership qualities and providing continuous education opportunities as well as a comprehensive wellness program for employees.
For example, Holmes Murphy has HMA University and HMA Service University. Both programs welcomes 8-10 participants a year and involve six monthly sessions designed to teach the history and operations of the company, while fostering strong leadership skills.
